We start 2009 with Mel C of Carpe Diem Dance Co as guest teacher giving an intermediate level salsa classMel teaches, and runs Carpe Diem Dance Company and has been a force to reckon with on the salsa scene for some years now. As well as a love of the dance she also has a great love of the music too and it was her idea to start SALSA-CENTRAL
which, through the work of an informed and dedicated team, has become one of the best places on the internet for information about all aspects of salsa. (Well worth checking out.)

For those wanting to learn the basics of salsa and merengue we will also have fun BEGINNERS SALSA class running at the same time. There's no need to come with a partner

Doors open at 8pm
Both classes start at 8.15.
(We try and start on time but it's up to all you folk doing the classes. Come on time and you're likely to get more class!)

From 9.30-1am resident DJ DIABLO will be joined by DJ TORQUEO of Salsa Central from Birmingham on the decks, playing hot salsa dance tracks throughout the night. For more info on our DJs check out their interviews on SALSA-CENTRAL
